How to Submit a Support Ticket in Freshdesk

You have two options to submit a ticket:

  1. By Email
    Simply send an email to support@clearbrook-gonvick.k12.mn.us with details about your issue or request. Be sure to include any relevant information to help the support team assist you.

  2. Through the Freshdesk Portal

    • Click on the "Submit a Ticket" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
    • Complete the ticket form with details about your issue or request.
    • Click Submit to send your ticket to the support team.
