How to Submit a Support Ticket in Freshdesk
You have two options to submit a ticket:
By Email
Simply send an email to support@clearbrook-gonvick.k12.mn.us with details about your issue or request. Be sure to include any relevant information to help the support team assist you.Through the Freshdesk Portal
- Click on the "Submit a Ticket" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Complete the ticket form with details about your issue or request.
- Click Submit to send your ticket to the support team.
